Prior to the pandemic one of our family’s favorite attractions at Disney’s Hollywood Studios was the Little Mermaid themed stage show called the Voyage of the Little Mermaid. This stage show was a great way to beat the heat, while getting an up-close look into Ariel’s story. When Walt Disney World closed the experience on March 15, 2020, it left fans of the show disappointed and Hollywood Studio’s down an attraction.
Disney, however, has been hard at work to rectify this situation with a brand-new Little Mermaid themed stage show. “The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure” is slated to open this fall. Imagineers have been hard at work on all new stage sets, puppets and a storyline fit for a princess. We’re even getting an all-new musical number the “Daughters of Triton” which will kick off the show. This show is going to make Disney’s Hollywood Studios a must visit park this fall.
